FLEXCEL NX System – Fully integrated solution for flexographic plates
FLEXCEL NX System, developed by Miraclon, is a fully integrated solution for producing flexographic plates, designed to deliver extremely precise 1:1 image reproduction, high consistency and predictable performance in modern flexo production. The system is based on a patented imaging technology and is designed to work exclusively with dedicated FLEXCEL NX materials, ensuring total control over the quality and stability of the process.
FLEXCEL NX System includes the imager, the laminator and the FLEXCEL NX Central software, forming a unified platform that covers the entire plate preparation workflow, from the digital file to the final plate.
Imager – fast and precise imaging
The FLEXCEL NX imager is designed for easy and semi-automatic operation, offering high exposure speeds and an extremely faithful reproduction of details. The system works exclusively with FLEXCEL NX Plate Kits, offering the following advantages:

Laminator – full-amplitude flat top dots
The FLEXCEL NX laminator ensures fast and uniform lamination of the film onto the plate before exposure and processing. This process completely eliminates the oxygen between the mask and the plate, enabling the formation of full-amplitude flat top dots, essential for:
