Elitron Kombo TH / THC – Double productivity with two independent heads

Elitron Kombo TH and Kombo THC represent the pinnacle of technology in digital cutting systems, specially designed for high-volume production and high-performance finishing. These machines are equipped with two independent multitool heads, offering a robust industrial solution for complex packaging, POS display, signage and prototyping applications.

Two heads for maximum efficiency

The main innovation of these systems lies in the use of two independent gantries, each equipped with its own multitool head, which allows:

  • double productivity in a single machine,
  • simultaneous processing of two different zones or different materials,
  • TwinCut software for intelligent task distribution,
  • dramatically reduced production times and continuous flow.

Each head can be configured with up to 5 tools active simultaneously, without requiring manual intervention to change them.

Visual technology and intelligent optimization

The Kombo systems integrate advanced solutions for precision and reduced material waste:

  • Seeker System™ / PRO: recognizes images and register marks, automatically aligning the cutting path,
  • Stressless Working Technology™: projects virtual dies onto the material to optimize consumption (nesting),
  • eliminates centering errors and material deformation,
  • "One Click Cutting Start" function for fast operation.

Industrial versatility and tools

Built on a robust steel structure, the machines offer stability and power for a wide range of applications:

  • Diverse tools: fixed/oscillating knife, router (1kW), V-cut 45°, Kiss-Cut, Creasing,
  • Supported materials: Forex, Dibond, PVC, Re-board, corrugated cardboard, plexiglass, foam,
  • Powerful vacuum: up to 40-60 independent zones, activated only under the material,
  • ideal for packaging, POS displays, banners and embossed logos.
