Elitron SPARK C is a professional digital cutting system, compact, automated and versatile, specially created for modern production in the packaging, digital print, POS display and signage fields. Designed for the fast and precise processing of a wide range of rigid and flexible materials, this equipment offers high productivity and consistent quality, being ideal for prototyping and industrial production.

Multifunctional cutting head

The SPARK C features a versatile cutting head that can use up to 4 tools simultaneously, eliminating interruptions for manual tool changes. The options include:

  • a fixed or oscillating knife (electric/pneumatic) and a circular knife,
  • a routing module (1 kW electro-spindle) for rigid materials,
  • creasing wheels, Kiss-Cut and V-Cut tools at 45°,
  • a writing module and laser pointer for precision.

This flexibility makes it possible to carry out complex jobs, such as Cut & Crease, in a single continuous flow.

Intelligent technology: Seeker System™ and Video Projection

The system integrates advanced technologies for automation and waste reduction:

  • Seeker System™: automatically recognizes images and registration marks, correcting positioning deviations,
  • Video Projection: virtually projects the cutting contours onto the material for optimization (nesting),
  • reduces material consumption and minimizes errors,
  • ideal for expensive materials or complex layouts.

High productivity and media versatility

Built for stable 24/7 operation, the SPARK C delivers top performance:

  • a working speed of up to 70 m/min with 0.8 G acceleration,
  • a conveyor belt and sectorized vacuum for maximum stability,
  • compatible with materials in roll and sheet form (optional unwinding system),
  • processes Forex, Dibond, Re-board, PVC, corrugated cardboard, textiles and vinyl.

Applications range from customized packaging and POS stands to volumetric letters and complex cutouts.
