Elitron SPARK F – Compact and multifunctional digital cutting system

Elitron SPARK F is an automatic digital cutting system, characterized by its compact and robust structure, designed specifically for the modern production of packaging, signage, displays and samples. With a 100% "Made in Italy" design, this equipment offers high precision and maximum flexibility in cutting, creasing and engraving processes, being ideal for digital print and prototyping workshops.

Multifunctional head for total flexibility

The SPARK F features an advanced cutting head capable of using up to 4 tools simultaneously, eliminating the downtime required for manual tool changes. The configuration allows the processing of materials up to 20 mm thick:

  • Various knives: fixed, oscillating (electric/pneumatic), circular and Kiss-Cut,
  • V-Cut: cutting at 45° and other angles for complex structures,
  • Complete finishing: tools for creasing, perforating and engraving (writing module),
  • Laser pointer: for fast positioning and verification.

Intelligent technology and material savings

The equipment integrates state-of-the-art systems for optimizing the workflow:

  • Seeker System™: automatically recognizes printed images and registration marks for perfect alignment,
  • Stressless Working Technology™: projects the virtual dies directly onto the material to reduce waste,
  • Sectorized vacuum: ensures perfect adhesion of the material to the work table,
  • K3 & Elipack software: complete production control, automatic nesting and 3D CAD design for packaging.

These functions allow the reuse of materials considered waste and guarantee maximum accuracy on every job.

Material versatility

The SPARK F is designed to process a wide range of rigid and flexible substrates:

  • corrugated cardboard, greyboard and thick paper,
  • plastic materials, PVC, polypropylene and films,
  • foam, gasket materials,
  • rigid boards (Forex, Dibond) and textiles/banners.
