Sakurai MS-120DDS – High-precision automatic screen printing press
Sakurai MS-120DDS is a state-of-the-art automatic cylinder screen printing press, designed for large-format printing applications that require extreme precision, high productivity and fully automated operation. The MS-120DDS model extends the popular DDS series into a 120 format, offering a large printing area and an advanced level of digital control.
The machine uses Direct Servo Drive technology, completely eliminating the use of gears and chains. Each component is driven and controlled individually by servomotors, which ensures extremely low tolerances, high process stability and consistent print quality, including on difficult or sensitive materials.
High precision and fully digital operation
By eliminating classic mechanical transmissions, the MS-120DDS offers exceptional movement precision. Critical adjustments can be set numerically directly from the touch panel, through assisted servo control. The advantages include:
